Most I/O power supply board problems are blown fuses and the symptoms are
the same as yours. Power Manager problems also have the same symptoms.
MCE might replace or repair I/O power supply boards--check with Arni Ramirez
or Kevin Yuhas. They do replace hard drives and enable CardBus on 2400's. I
