I have used Nubus video cards in the slots on the Dock II -- no problem at
all. Now, I'm using an old Mac II video card that I pulled from a IIcx,
but it fires up right away with no trouble. After the card is installed,

I don't know about video cards, but I have run ethernet cards in the NuBus
slots on a DuoDock, as well as additional serial ports (CSI Hustler). I
assumet that most NuBus cards would work, and that would include video
cards.

Have never done it but as long as you have seperate cards should work - note some
cards required special "Duo Dock" drivers - SuperMac in particular. The slots will
work with "any NUBUS card - ethernet, SCSI, video etc..
