I think I'll wait till they start trickling out through QSL managers, which is how I get most of my IRCs in the first place. I had 17 to get out between June and now and I probably won't need to send another card out (other than K4M) until the new year.s ---

I certainly agree with John -NT5C. Why anyone would bother with IRC' s has always surprised me. I' ve used nothing but $ 1.00 and $ 2.00 US currency for all of the dx qsl' ing I' ve done, which has encompassed # 1 Honor Roll. Why bother with trying to educate the postal service about their own
