Thank you to the many individuals who replied. I always believed that SSB on 30 was virtually prohibited world-wide. While I've heard SSB on 30 before, I assumed that it was due to the fact that it's a shared band, pirates, etc. The QSO I heard was between two stations licensed by UK area admin
