Kosovo was taking on by the UN long ago. I've been watching it for at least
a year now. The UN was in authority when the YU8's were activated thus the
United Nations Mission In Kosovo (UNMIK) license was perfectly in order and
legal as far as rebellions go. If you want to do the 1 step 2 step
