Seems Elmo does not operate much at all... We had an unsually good opening to Africa today on 12 and 10 meters, but no activity from 3C0M, not on any band. Someone said on the DX-cluster yesterday that Elmo is a "novice on CW", so I don't think we can expect anything on the low bands. 73/DX de
