Just a clarification...per the UPU, and per the current USPS Int'l Mail Manual, the coupons issued anytime after Jan 1 1975 are good 'indefinitely'. I agree that the current ones are likely to be phased out...heck, I can take an IRC purchased in another country in 1975 and get 80
