Hello, Having now successfully (?) installed a second soundcard (I now have an old ISA SoundBlaster16) I have an error message when trying to run PSK31 which says - "card doesn't support 16 bit 8000Hz mono format". Why should this be? The SB16 works fine for voice keying (i.e. with Writelog and

I have been using an old SoundBlaster 16 for years and don't have a problem with PSK31...maybe a setup issue with having the two cards installed and interaction between them? Just a thought but I don't think it's the card. Mine has to be at least 3 if not four years old in my shack computer. 73, T

I recently went over the official ARRL DXCC countries list and compared it to the list you get with F1 in the countries field of DX4WIn. Here are some changes I would like to make. 1. Antarctica is listed as CE9 in the DXCC list, KC4 in DX4Win. The only reason to change that is to maintain
