Well I certainly didn't mean to create any bad sentiment towards the
developers. I only wanted to know the "average wait time" - so I would
know when to contact them if my key had not arrived. I understand a lot
people do this for the love of the hobby and not for mega personal profit.

Mine is running on a stand-alone machine that normally stays on 24-7
connected to the cluser. I have the problem starting from boot.

set-up:
FILE> PREFERENCES
SETUP PARAMETERS WINDOW: EXT DATA TAB
In the bottom 2 boxes of this window:
WEBSITE CALLSIGN LOOKUP X ENABLED (ENABLED box checked)
CALLSIGN LOOKUP ADDRESS
