[Dx4win] Frequency problems with Ten-Tec Orion (I/II)

2009-09-17 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
I was working on converting my father's log to DX4WIN8 format. I found some strange frequencies in his log in the "Notes for this QSO" field: 80m:0/24KHz 15m:0/22KHz 15m:0/34KHz The last one of the above "flavor" seems to have been made on 2007/03/05: 40m:0/6KHz Then the

[Dx4win] DX4WIN Award Database updates?

I'm planning to update the DX4WIN Awards database this weekend to fix a few problems and add one new "award" (ILLW). See: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/awards/index.htm#2.4 Is there anything that needs adding/fixing? Thanks - Jim -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us _

Thanks for the info Larry/Jim, Hopefully the recording of Frequencies is all under control. I just thought since IMHO this is un necessary feature the option to turn it off would be available. Sounds like V8 is starting to settle down, well done. 73 John ZL1BYZ. -Original Message- F

Larry, the fix you describe was included in 8.02. John can certainly download 8.02 and try it in demo mode to see if the frequency problems go away for him. 73 - Jim AD1C On Thu, Sep 17, 2009 at 4:46 PM, Larry Gauthier (K8UT) wrote: > The issue with DX4Win improperly (or more accurately, incon

What is your date search preference set to? Try setting it to a range, and do one year at a time. Remember, you should be searching on the QSO date, since all eQSL dates are empty. - Jim On Thu, Sep 17, 2009 at 4:18 PM, Bud Governale, W3LL wrote: > I want to upload to eQSL. > > When I select

I want to upload to eQSL. When I select Set Upload Flag, I'm asked if I want to upload 65,409 QSL's. I don't. I only want to upload less than 10K at a time. I activate an F8 filter and put 01/01/1901 into the eQSL upload date and see 65409 QSO's listed as expected. When I try to limit this to a

I've recently installed V 8.02 and have set up FT5AG to be a priority 1 spot (listed in Callsign Alert in the Packet 1 tab under Preferences). I'm running a K3 with the microKeyer II and have noticed that when a FT5AG spot comes in, it causes the K3 to be switched to TX for short periods about 5 t
