Is there anyway to keep this window up so I can use it for tuning in a

I position all of my windows so the MMTY tuning indicator stays
visible behind the D4W windows.

Yup. It works fine. You basically install it on your hard drive and
then tell DX4WIN where it is, just like it was on a CD ROM. Don't
bother with downloading the images, you just want the data.
