Hi Kostas, and anyone else having this issue. I am having the same issue with v9.x Of DX4W. After spending a lot of time trying to get the Dymo 450 to print labels correctly, I went to V8.05 and found out it worked as described. Something in V 9.X is broken with the Custom Label part of DX4W
