The simplest way to deal with addresses --whether "built-in" or added---
that "spill over" the label boundaries is to execute a dummy print run.
Choose Print but make the destination "Preview" instead of "Printer".
That brings up the page(s) of labels to be printed. Note the labels that

For those of you who use my database on the web for qsl lookup, I have
converted the database to the format used by dx4win.
It is available on my web page for download. Install it in the normal way.
I reccommend saving your original file in case you have problems or want to
