This release is taking *much* longer than I thought. I will not have
anything until some time Sunday 2/23 at the earliest. As a result,
there will probably not be release in March.

I can confirm this also. I ran the updater program just before importing my
ARRL DX CW contest adif log into DX4WIN (using Jim's very excellent ADIF to
DX4WIN DXQ program)
My log shows Prefix of
