Curious how everyone handles an incoming SWL card or eQSL?
I recently added a DX SWL QSO confirmed by a QSL card by leaving the RSTs
and RSTr blank and in the QSO notes SWL with "W9xxx". This way I can send
out my QSL card and keep the record in DX4WIN.

Hi John,
I'm interested in how you are trying to do this. When I verify a SWL QSL,
I do the following.
F8, then enter the callsign that the SWL QSL is for. Make sure the log is
showing the QSO that you are interested in (in case you have multiple QSOs
with the same station)
In the log entry wi

How do I enter a received QSL from a SWL?
Find reported QSO, then Ctrl F2 or QSO Menu -> Confirm SWL
And then how does it print the label?
QSLs Menu -> Print SWL Labels

OK. I've lost it.
How do I enter a received QSL from a SWL?
And then how does it print the label?
Over the years I have done this and probably

There are 3 lines in the Greetings box. The 3rd line is used for SWL

Hi
I usually put a short message at the bottom of my labels (Tnx QSO/QSL!, PSE
QSL!, CQWW Contest, etc.) but the message doesn't print when I do SWL
labels. Is there some reason for this, or am I missing a check box somewhere?
Not a big deal...just curious.
Thanks!

Is everyone doing these by hand?

Can anyone tell me where the SWL report records are stored?
I'd like to be able to use DX4WIN to print the labels,
but I can't get it to output the proper mode.

The bottom line is Paul needs to put a decent routine and print program in
for SWL labels. Those of us who use only DX4WIN for logging are at a severe
handicap with SWL labels.
Paul, do you hear us?

Depends who you ask, but I came to the conclusion that the SWL
wants confirmation from you, not who you worked. The station(s)
worked information helps to locate a QSO that you can use to supply
the necessary info for the SWL, but the callsign does not need to be
printed on the SWL label..
I posted this a couple of weeks ago but didn't get any answers, thought I'd
try again...
