Shopwithgold has never been on our servers, or they would not be here looking for a
"reliable" service. :-)
If I am mistaken about the domain and you were on our servers, then my best guess is

First - No we have never hosted with Katz Global.
Secondly, we did not "lose" our account. Frankly I am not sure what is
going on. Our current hosting provider is just down. Can't reach them
and I can't operate like that.
I just need to get my site up and running.

and "reliable" - as are we, by the way.
But, if you lost your account there, then there is a good chance that no
