I see that flow control (FC) is disabled by default in VF (82599 Ethernet
Controller Virtual Function).
Is it driver limitation or FC is not implemented in hardware? What is the
reason for limitation?

as far as I know it is not possible to filter traffic transmitted from VF
according to the *destination* mac address, right?
I just wanted to make sure that I did not miss anything. I refer to 82599
controller.
Does it work the same for other Intel controllers (e.g 82576)?
