Tom, Try running CAL PLL again - make certain the bottom cover is in place and the K2 is warmed up for at least 15 minutes (preferrably for 1/2 hour). There is alway some possibility that the PLL will not increment exactly at target on the 5 kHz boundaries, but the effect should be minimal.
