A few days back, I posted a detailed query under the above Subject
LIne. The gist of the problem was that the TX light on the K3 was
remaining on after the end of transmission.
As usual, it was the nut that held the wheel that had come loose.

Good Evening,
A pleasant day today. Chilly, with rain, but there were openings in
the clouds which let light blink through every so often. About one minute
of sun for every hour today. I received reports of temperatures ranging
from 96 degrees down to 60 degrees; none of which matche
I was experiencing the same issue and I solved it by unplugging the PTT line
from the Signalink and allowed the software to key the radio and it works
fine. I wonder if this is something that could be resolved with a software
change, although the solution is simple enough. Barney K3LA

Yes, if you're using rig control to read the VFO and such, it's better to use
it for PTT control than to use the SignalLink's PTT.

A&A Engineering's "QRP Smart Charger" has the option to be built using two

to run my K2 using a KBT2 + Charger combo.
Which two charging rates would be suit this setup? My K2 has a number of

The new frequency (14.3035) was taken by an NEQP station in running mode. I
elected to start at 14.307 as the Ohana net finished about 1800Z. The

Good day,
I'm working with the XV432, Flex 1500 and Henry 2004A Amp. The rig,
xvrtr and amp PTTs are sequenced. Hoping somebody might have been down
this path before and has a solution.
If I connect the transverter output to the amp (or different pieces of
open coax) and key the transverter,
Hi all:
A local friend brought this to my attention.
Seems he is trying to set Split on PSK31 using the radio built in PSK31
keyer/decoder and terminal via RS232. When he tries to set Split, the radio
tells him "SPL N/A".
I tried this, and I can set Split to function normally in RTTY, both AF
