George, I have just completed a K2 build including SSB, Noise Blanker, 160 and DSP options. The 100W PA is work in progress. It is a fantastic kit and has gone together without any problems. There is very little room for any confusion when building it. I suggest you take your time

I am experiencing problems downloading the latest beta. Is it me or Elecraft's FTP site? Error message reads :- C:\Data\Downloads\K3\Latest Beta\2r58\k3fw2r57.zip could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. 73 Andrew m0gjh

[Elecraft] K3 - 5 Mhz Band

I find that I cannot access three of the UK 5MHz channels, FA, FB and FC being 5,258.5, 5,278.5 and 5,288.5 KHz respectively. Presumably they fall outside the programmed 5MHz Band edges. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this ? Andrew, m0gjh
