[Elecraft] KPA 1500 12V Fault

Good morning, Recently, my KPA 1500 developed a fault that now happens every time I turn on the amp. Using the remote SW the fault is reported as 12V Fault. Hitting the reset button clears the fault and the amp runs fine. What is causing this fault and is there any way that this can be

I had the same thing happen with my KPA1500 recently and just sent it back to Elecraft for repair. It is there now. I was able to use the Ethernet connection to connect to the Remote SW but that does no good when I need to update the firmware or use the Utility Program which can only be done
