Bill - I had this exact problem on my K2/100 during testing. Changing
C1 varied the power output, but the SWR was fixed at 9.9-1. The problem
was a short between the output of the two op-amps U5A and U5B that
amplify and buffer the forward and reflected voltages before they go to
the processo
Group - I am building a new K3 kit and ran into a problem today. I did
the initial power on test in the build cycle with no issue. I am now at
the initial configuration point after the radio is built but before the
100W amp installation.

My recently built K2 - no options - exhibits an odd behavior. When I
push the A/B button it occasionally pauses for a moment like it is
thinking - and changes modes instead. This happens in every combination
I have tried, working split, or just changing from VFO A to B or B to A
or using REV.
