After completing my K1, I have some suggested additions to the K1 Manual Errata sheet. 1. Page 16 - A better explanation of U1 installation is needed. For example, "If your IC has a notch at one end, align the notch with the one on the outline, then place it on the board." 2. Page 24, column 2

[Elecraft] Need help with K1

Is there anyone in this area (Sacramento) with a K1? I'd like to possibly try plugging the filter board from another K1 into mine. I'm still having problems with my K1 on 20m - it freezes up in Tune mode, and will not put out more than 4 watts. 40 meters is fine. I'd appreciate the help. Jeff
