I'm slowly working my way through the assembly of my K2 (serial no. 6905) and
got to page 74, Other Option Component Installation (optional) near the
bottom of this page.
It says: If you have the KAT2 (ATU) [which I have] ... install 2-pin connector
P6. Use the option manual's instructions.
KAT2 manual. page 15, third checkbox from the top:
Install and solder the 2-pin male connector at P6 on
the K2 RF board, as shown by its outline on the
right-hand edge. (P6 is labeled AUX RF. Do not
confuse P6 with P3, which is labeled AUX 12V.)
P6 must be oriented so that its plastic polarizing
P6 should be included with your KAT2 parts. It is listed as RF-P6 in the KAT2
manual and gets installed in the AUX-RF location on the RF board of the K2. It
will look similar to the picture in this Digi-key data sheet:
