I have a P3 with SVGA board and there's sufficient room to display decoded
text all of the time on the external monitor. I normally have decoding
turned on when operating RTTY and CW even though I can view them with my PC
software as well. What I don't need is the lower display of the K3 cluttered
I second that request. A reason I don't have a P3/SVGA card is what you have
pointed out.

Just installed the P3SVGA option.
First impression on Acer LCD G226HQL (21.5) ist excellent.
I wonder now where/how to configure the K3 text decode function so the CR/LF
characters are maintained (not replaced by space character)???

Is there a way to have the decoded text persist longer on the display?
it returns too quickly to showing vfoB frequency.

There is a terminal tab on the K3 Utility that might help.

I thought of that, but it would interfere with the logging program.

I seem to remember reading something along the way about being able to
scroll back through the text decode buffers. I was not able to find
anything about it in the documentation, but may have missed it. Is
this possible?

Possible future enhancement.

Still learning my K3. CW Text Decode works flawlessly on W1AW bulletins
and code practice [OK, visual decode on code practice is sort of
oxymoronic]. Quality of decode seems to be very sensitive to the THR
setting, but when you get it right, it is nearly perfect. Not so
perfect on real
