Aloha, It's been a while since I asked but are there any K3 owners on Oahu, Hawaii? This time I'm serious about purchasing a K3. I had to put the purchase aside last year due to my son's eye surgery and focused on that with his recovery. I would like to see if I can listen to a few. Mah

Any ham who purchases a plasma TV because it is cheap, will spend far more in the agony of trying to cope with the noise. You can try to ferrite the cables coming out, but plasma TV's seem to be able to radiate interference directly from the set. The nearness of the TV to your radio should not ma
