Hi guys,
before updating to FW 4.51 last week I wanted to save my current K3
configuration using the K3 Utility but could not succeed. :-( As I saw my
last "K3 backup" was over a year old and pre FW 4.42 to which I updated back
then for K144RFLK support.
So saving K3 configuration did not work
Olli you didn't say if you were using the latest K3 Utility version
1.12.3.28. I just tried a Save Config with my system and had no problems.
If you have the latest version you may need to wait until K6KR or someone
from Elecraft wakes up! :-)

Olli,
If you have not yet done so, shut everything down, re-boot the computer
and try again. Be certain you are saving the configuration file to an
area where you have permissions to save.
