power meter in the general sense…. You will need a scope or meter capable of
accurately measuring RF at the desired frequency..

Sounds like you should do the low-level power calibration using the K3 Utility.
For now, you can increase the maximum, up to 1.5 mW, and presumably get the
desired output.

knob it reads 0.8MW and I cannot adjust it any higher with the knob. Nothing I
do seems to change the the PWR knob drive level. I am running S
