Bruce, What happens when you try it into a dummy load? What is the power indication and what is the SWR indicated? Put it into ATU CAL and try - what are the results? Then put it into ATU TUN and try again - results? Are resistors R3 and R4 swapped? Remove the KXAT1 and measure the
