That sounds like a nice way to do it. I do a similar method. I buy 110 pound 8-1/2 x 11" white card stock (Hammermill Item#18634-0) from Staples, 250 sheets with room to print 4 cars per sheet. I slice these down to slightly larger than 3-1/2 x 5" using a slicer/dicer (watch your fingers!).

Wayne, I have used the QSLKit and cheapqsls and recommend them both as well, but for this task, I recommend QSLWorks.com. I got them to redo my novice card from 1969 from an old card I had. They returned the old card undamaged, matched the design, etc. Old card http://tinyurl.com/z4sws (cl

I make my own QSLs too on 110 lb paper stock (4 per page) and cut them after they are printed, but I confine my printing to small batches only because the cost of ink-jet printer ink may exceed the cost of having 500 or 1000 printed at a print shop. I have previously used the 4x6 cards, but was no

I would recommend LZ1JZ or UX5UO - both produce excellent cards at low prices. I've been very pleased with full colour cards from both printers. They also get consistently high ratings in the eHam reviews 73, Dave G3VGR K2 #4783 wayne burdick wrote: Hi All, I'm in the market for new QSL cards

For commercially produced QSL cards, I use cheapqsls. They're great folks to work with. For home printed QSL cards, I use Avery DesignPro which is freeware and can be downloaded at Avery.com 73 -- Larry W2LJ QRP - When you care to send the very least! http://www.qsl.net/w2lj http://w2lj.blo

Another vote for cheapqsls.com - I had an image (TIFF, I think) that I wanted to use and Sue worked with me to turn it into a nice QSL card. I'll probably modify it a bit for the next batch, but I'm quite happy with this - and turnaround was very quick. I'm relatively new to HF (last December). I
