Q: SMT (re)Work In The Ham Radio Shack WHAT TOOLS Are
Required..?
A: The one tool I don't have and can't buy - nerves of
steel.
With some patience, creativity, and a respect for the
physics going on at that level, the specific tool is
not so essential - if you are lacking on any of those
counts
I'm sure that everyone here would be VERY interested in folk's out
there

While there are several exotic tools and materials available for doing
SMD work, I would prefer to speak to those who might only do it on
occasion - maybe a single project that does not require such things as
soldering paste and heat guns.
