Since the speed and shift controls are not always problematic, I suspect a
software conflict.

Under typical operating conditions I sometimes notice a delayed response of
the WIDTH encoder. With the antenna disconnected, the same encoder's
of the push button encoders last November. I

keyer speed. Sometimes (not always) turning the speed control doesn't change
the speed. The power control takes FOREVER to move from 100 watts down to 50 or
less. My shift control is jumpy at times but width seems to be
