Old age must be kicking in :(
I originally aligned the K2 using Spectrogram and it worked great.
I am doing a realignment and am lost.
I am running a DSP unit and it appears that Toms instructions say that if
you are running either DSP or Audio options you need to turn the AFIL off in
the K2
Well to start, I dont see a AFIL in the K2 menu and dont see any
switches, jumpers, etc on the DSP board.
Put the DSP in BYPASS mode.

Rather than attempting to walk you through the steps to bypass the KDSP2 (it
is in the KDSP2 menu which is kicked in with the DISPLAY button, not AFIL).
I suggest you drag out the KDSP2 manual and follow the instructions to put
it into bypass state. Actually, I never remember the exact

The BFO settings in the manual are only a starting point. You have to
refine them for your particular K2. Since you already have the N-gen and
Spectrogram, you have all the tools you need for the task.
