[Elecraft] W2 Connection Issues

Thanks to all who responded on this and all is now working properly.  Last evening, as I was pulling my hair out on this problem, the software suddenly recognized the W2 and I was in business.  This was after I had plugged/unplugged the W2 end of the cable dozens of times, reloaded drivers, etc

I have two W2 units that I use with different K3's and different W10 computers. One of them is reluctant to connect when I start up the W2 utility program. So I power the W2 off and back on with the utility program active and it connects just fine. This is consistent behavior. The other seem
