Dave,
Below are WA6HHQ's posts regarding the K3 options shipping schedule. I hope
that this gives you the clarity that you're looking for! On the two year
anniversary of my order I emailed the sales department. I was told that my
order is still pending and to look for updates on the list and
Eric posted to this forum in early March 2023.
I believe his estimates of availability for various
modules are reflected in the current Shipping Status
information on the Elecraft web page. Suffice to
say that only a few module types have shipped
at this juncture. Some of his estimates were

Not sure where to look as I've not followed too closely --- where should I
look to get most recent official update (presume from WA6HHQ?) re K3 options?
I'm awaiting K3EXREF for >2 years and contemplating discarding the K3 if I am
unable to get clarity on schedule.
Thanks,

Hi Bill, Well I just checked it out here and sure 'nuff, it works. On
page 36 of the K3s manual (page 34) of the K3 manual the setup is
described. The K3 doesn't care if the excitation comes from the
computer via the KY command or from the paddles so have a ball my

I was surprised to see the updates, 32 of them, from MS Update since
April 8 had passed. Well, maybe they put it out on April 8. I had
successfully downloaded and saved the professional SP3 files, IE8,
malware updates, etc. and ran then auto update for my computer. I
was surprised to get a
I think I mentioned on my last post that I was going to try the MFJ-212 with an
ATU connected to coax to see what the P3 displayed then.
I don't know if anyone is interested, so I won't take up bandwidth here. If
anyone is, please reply off line and I will tell you what I found.

I noticed the same thing. I missed a week from June 08. Now its happening
again.
I emailed nabble and he said he had been too busy to sort it. Maybe there is
a better way to access this info. Like mayabe email but I hate getting a lot
of mail and going thru it looking for the nuggets.

Time to get into writing your own personal email filters. Then you don't
have to depend on anyone else. Fix it like YOU like it and forget it.

I would suggest receiving the emails direct from the Elecraft reflector
and using your email client to do the sorting and/or threading as you
desire. Mozilla Thunderbird will do threading nicely..
Personally, I prefer to see the emails on a time/date basis rather than
threaded, so that is how
I use Outlook. All I need do is click on how I want messages displayed for
viewing. Like Don, I prefer Arrange by Date as my default. But, if I want
to see a thread, I just click on Arrange by Conversation and get windows
listing the sequence of messages by threads. I can step through each message
Thanks Don ( and several others who replied directly ).
Actually, I was checking ONLY the K3 and the QRO sections, where there has
been very limited activity, and some not yet archived. Upon looking into ALL
postings, I agree there has been plenty of activity.
Thanks to all who responded, Doug
Is there a problem with the list ( or is it just at my end )? I have seen no
new postings since June 8.

Doug,
Check with your ISP to see if they have done something to help you.
I understand that Gmail does not send you copies of your own posts to
any reflector, perhaps your ISP has decided it is your best interests to
do something similar.
