It appears that you're not using one of the uuencode inline methods.
Or the method is wrongly set up. Hm.

One reason I wanted to move from ange-ftp was so I could access remote clearcase files from my local
machine. Clearcase uses a multi-versioned filesystem (MVFS) to contol access to files. To set this up it
is necessary to set some environment variables so now I can see (ie
