This was written at Andy's request. The intent was to have it in the
section as per Lathe Users Information as he originally suggested.
I think that is the right place as it not really about configuration which

I agree to a point except the Lathe User section describes changes you
need to do to the INI file for Axis to show lathe mode which should be
in the Axis section. And the Lathe Tool Table info should be in the Tool
Table section. Lathe Tool Orientation should also be in the Axis

Its been a team effort to put this content together so a number of people
have had input and/or reviewed the content.
I paid a
Rod Webster (forum member rodw) has put together a document that provides
general information about CNC plasma cutting. I feel that it would be
worthwhile putting it into the documentation in the General User Information
section.
I have posted a PDF copy online.
