We have been telling our customers that we require them to supply AC
power to our equipment that is grounded per US NEC Article 250 Part C.
Our European customers have asked us to revise this contract language to
reflect EC Norms.

Depends on whether the circuits for the keys or LEDs are Limited
Power as defined in IEC 950, Sub-clause 2.11.
