Please respond directly to me.

I wondered about this when I read the consent decree which has
substantially the same wording that XM is sending out to owners of these
radios. They don't really say how they might be non-compliant, but it
seems logical to suspect the intentionally radiated signal is too loud.
My radio has an int

Patrick, All,
I have XM. The problem is this. The units are in violation of FCC
rules. The output power in the FM band is limited to 250 dBuV/m at 3 Meters.
The unit's FM modulators output power got significantly increased after
testing and approval (of course they work really good). I have notic

Not sure why anyone would bother with satellite radio, I find

Does anyone on this list subscribe to XM?
It would be interesting to know the details of the interference problem.

Word of caution; the best translation is done into the translator's
mother tongue. A translation 'by BSMI' might not meet this criterion.

Thank you Grace. You may want to impress upon the BSMI official the need
that we have to purchase the BSMI standards in English. While we can have
them translated, it is an expense delay in using the standards and we
cannot be absolutely certain that the standard has been translated

As Ted Mentioned, GB standards are for mainland China. They may be viewed
through www.sac.gov.cn (the rectangular icon on the bottom left side).
For CNS standards, I tried cnsonline.com. I stopped when I was asked for an
account. Several members did go through it and purchased CNS standards.
