Agree with Ed. Also, ccan't reflected RF from the measurement horn affect SWR (ad FS) in the transmit side? I could see a small enough antenna used to verify FS for manual testing, however; I've had to move a horn close enough to equipment to recreate failures just to troubleshoot things.
