The nominal European voltage is now 230V 50 Hz (formerly 240V in UK, 220V
in the rest of Europe) but this does no
eivable on anything from basic DOS software up
and at any connection speed. The only disadvantage is it is not
moderated, but it is a pretty low traffic group and there would be no
difficulty identifying professional contributions.
