Hello Gary, NOM is only mandatory above 24 Volts, so you likely don't need it for a keyboard. You don't need a specific EMC approval for Mexico. (FCC should cover you there.) However, you will need COFETEL if you have any radios. NOM is quite a bit different than most other safety approvals. Th

I see that NOM requires in country testing - I assume that means that a CB report isn't sufficient, is that correct? Do they require EMC in country as well? Is this rationally done with using a second party certifier such as UL, interteck, ETL and the whole raft of certifiers. It's a small proje
