No. The WEEE and RoHS Directives are NOT New Approach Directives that require
CE marking. As far as marking goes, the WEEE Directive requires the wheeled
bin symbol. There are no marking requirements for the RoHS Directive. Neither
Directive requires a D of C.

directives, then CE DoCs should list at least the WEEE directive as of now
and additionally the RoHS
