Basically what I'm reading is ...
1) Taiwan does NOT accept 3 meter testing of any sort.
They only accept 10 meter testing.
2) Anywhere else in world will accept 3 meter chamber
testing, *** BUT *** if the product is challenged in
any way AND a retest

You say Domestic 3 meter... I believe Class A devices are intended for
industrial use only and not domestic.
Anyway, as far as the FCC and the European EMC directive is concerned then a
3m test distance is acceptable. However, in the event of dispute then
measurements at 30m take precedence.
