If the accessory is not an obligated product under WEEE then it should not have the symbol applied in respect of WEEE but without prejudice to any other directive which may pertain e.g. batteries. (IMO) Subscribe to the IPC Leadfree forum if you want a wider RoHS & WEEE biased audience. Regards,
