Generally basic insulation (1.5mm creepage, 1.0mm clearance) is required
between TNV circuitry (AUSTEL still class ISDN as TNV) and SELV circuitry, in
accordance with AS/NZS3260 clause 6.2.1.2.
Additionally AS/NZS3260 clause 6.3.3 requires supplementary insulation
(2.5mm creepage, 2.0mm
