I received this question from a co-worker today.
He states, "I'm looking to buy some ISO or ANSI/ISO specifications, and
I need a little guidance. I'm hoping you can help, or point me to
someone else who might.
Specifically, I'm interested in a set of ISO 191xx series standards.

The foreward in my copy of IEC 61326 edition 1.0 2002-02 says that it
