PROGRAM_EXTENSION .nc
in the [FILTER] section of you INI file.
Thanks, this works. Interesting that .ngc was not even shown in the
Filter Section but EMC looks for it.

On a related topic, *.nc verses *. ngc files. EMC2 finds *.ngc
files but not .nc So I have to switch to all files to find my saved
file.My CAM program saves as *.nc though last go I remembered and
tried saving as *.ngc which did work just fine so that is one way to
do it.
ah, this is bad news. I needed the 3D and CAM functions. I am just
now getting around in Heekscnc well enough to do what I need to do.

I think in your first post you are using the G540, it is 10x micro and
as far as I know can't be changed. So your 2 vs 10 should be the 1/5
movement issue.But I am a rookie and will stand down to expert
advice. :-)
