I always disable hyperthreading first thing. This morning after running for
about 20 hours I have:
Max Jitter
Servo Thread: 22532
Base Thread: 31206
Much more reasonable. The only things done are turning off hyperthreading and
setting isolcpus=1 in the kernel.
