You can just grab the .deb file by hand, then install it with gdebi,
dpkg or (my normal way) with apt-get.

but that was another rabbithole with 'no inrelease'
and JT's comments on the real repo was 'linuxcnc.org/dists' ,

Yesterday I built glade 3.8.6 for my Armbian OrangePi+2e.
